Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order ?
We only accept orders during active preorder windows. Once a window is open, you can select your preferred piece, size, and colorway, then check out through our secure cart. After you place your order, we get to work.
How long does delivery take ?
Production begins immediately after the preorder window closes. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks. Once ready, delivery within the same state takes 2–3 days. Interstate shipping may take 4–5 working days. You’ll be notified once your package is en route and contacted by the delivery partner.
What shipping carriers do you use ?
We use Fez Delivery for all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. But soon.
